Ran first 5k race ever! Well jogged/walked. Stopped a lot, but still fun!
Ate some Luna Bar samples
Drank some kind of electolyte water
Napped in the middle of the day, woke up at 10 pm :(
Ate 1 hmong sausage with green beans and rice. ate like 8 banana eggrolls.

half a sesame bagel with chive cream cheese
Trueburger (cheeseburger with onions, tomato, lettuce), some cheese fries.
a piece of hmong sausage and a few bites of rice.

Half a turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onions, peppers, pickles, mustard, mayo, on sliced 9 grain bread.
1 vietnamese sandwich with meatball pork and fried egg. delicious.

Bowl of rice with 1 chicken drumstick.
Workout: tae-bo, crunches and stretching. Only made it 3/5 through the video.
KFC chicken (3 pieces), some rice (not a lot) and 1/4 mac and cheese. water.

Sutah ramen with scallions, bok choi.
2 kit kats.
